There are two major parts to the proposed renovation at the school. The first part is the replacement of the four packaged rooftop units on the roof of the media center that provide conditioning to the media center including selective replacement of the roof mounted ductwork, supports, controls, and power. This part has alternate bids for curb adaptors and replacement of airdistribution devices. The second part is the replacement of the two air-handling units in the mechanical rooms in the auditorium that provide conditioning to the auditorium including selective replacement of above ceiling ductwork, supports, power, chilled water piping, steam piping, and louvers. This component has alternates for a new roll-up door at each mechanical room and painting of the mechanical room.
