• Meetings (virtual or in-person as agreed upon) with the Project Team, which will consist of the City Manager, Human Resources Director, City Attorney and County Administrator, for input during the initial kick-off and then on an ongoing/periodic and as-needed basis. This will be as determined in a schedule formulated by the City’s Project Lead, and the Offeror • Design and development of a workplace culture/climate survey customized to understand the experience of all employees of the HRECC in relation to (but not necessarily limited to) the following conditions: o Employee morale; o Support from departmental and organizational leadership; o Organizational effectiveness and fulfillment of mission; o Strengths and weaknesses of the HRECC’s operational functions; o Training efficacy; o Workplace inclusion and relationships; o Workplace vision, mission, and values; o Total rewards, incentives, etc. • Design and development of a survey customized to understand the experience of the members of the Advisory Board as representatives of client agencies in relation to (but not necessarily limited to) the following conditions: o Organizational effectiveness and fulfillment of mission; o Strengths and weaknesses of the HRECC’s operational functions; o Responsive delivery of information, data, and communication to client agencies. • Approval of the survey contents by the Project Team. o The survey shall be confidential and sent digitally by the Offeror. If paper copies are necessary, the Offeror will organize the distribution and collection, as possible. o To the greatest extent possible, the survey shall not be able to be duplicated to send to external survey participants and shall be tracked to include one survey per participant. o The survey shall be logistically and statistically correct, so that the questions are clear, concise, and provide the participant with their intended feedback options. • Delivery of the survey to employees for a specified amount of time and follow-up to ensure the highest response rate possible. • Analysis and compilation of survey results are exhibited in a digital report and presentation by the Offeror to the Project Team.
