• Cañon City High School – Demolition of approximately 41,300 sf of the existing building, two story addition of approximately 48,743 sf, and the remodel of approximately 20,818 sf. The base bid for this project is a BEST Grant project and must comply with the CHPS-verified high performance program. Alternate #01 & #02 are Owner Funded and must be priced separately. • Cañon Exploratory School – Remodel existing classroom learning communities to better support the school's teaching and learning practices. • Lincoln School of Science and Technology – Gym addition, additional student and staff spaces, and Renovations. • McKinley Elementary School – Gym addition, improved access to the new gym, staff spaces, and renovations.
