Vendor shall prepare, present, facilitate and provide a summary report for a strategic planning session for the N.C. Home Inspector Licensure Board and staff per generally accepted practices for an occupational licensing board responsible for public safety and the qualification, examination, education, investigation and discipline of licensees. The session(s) must, at a minimum, include the following activities: 1. Attend the Board October regular quarterly meeting. 2. Overview and meeting “ice breaker” activity or activities for Board members and staff to facilitate discussion and develop trust among participants. 3. Strategic review intended to clarify mission, strategy, driving external and internal forces, future vision of one (1) to five (5) years. 4. Stakeholder analysis to determine the interests and priorities of major stakeholders (i.e. public, licensees, education sponsors, real estate and construction industry, legislature). 5. Assessment of external threats and opportunities as well as internal weaknesses and strengths (aka SWOT or TOWS), leading to the identification of and prioritization of strategic issues. 6. Workshop exercise that results in development of goals, objectives and plan of action by the Board and staff to identify financial and operational performance measures.
