a. Work shall consist of furnish labor and materials necessary for prompt and effective control described herein. b. On a given date that is convenient to GTCC, the Vendor shall give the facility an “initial clean-out” which will include all buildings and crawl spaces c. After the initial clean-out, the Vendor shall provide regular monthly follow-up concentrating in those areas where problems persist or might evolve. d. When monthly service is completed, if any of the pests re-occur, the contractor must call back to GTCC within two (2) hours and additional treatment must be performed within 24 hours (7 days per week) at no additional cost to GTCC. e. Rodent control shall include the effective control of rats and mice inside the building as well as perimeter control of burrows on the institution grounds. f. GTCC shall extend all necessary cooperation to ensure effective pest control results. g. Whenever the Vendor reports, in writing, conditions conducive to breeding and harborage of pests covered in this contract, GTCC shall take necessary steps to correct such conditions h.
