Scope of work includes: • The contractor shall verify existing site conditions, dimensions, and UPS specifications to ensure code compliance and successful integration. • The contractor shall obtain all necessary permits and inspections from the AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction). • The contractor shall coordinate all scheduling with the Cumberland County Health Department and Internal Services Department. • The contractor shall complete all work within 3 calendar days of commencement. • The contractor shall submit a written plan attached to this bid to effectively limit the duration of interruption for existing UPS loads and provided a not to exceed time for load interruption during the installation process. • The contractor shall remove and dispose of the existing UPS including the battery cabinet. • The contractor shall provide all necessary labor and materials to install a new basis of design Schneider Electric Galaxy VS UPS Solution or a like unit that matches the manufacturer's specifications below: o Power rating – 80kVA/kW o System input – 480V/3PH (3 wire + Ground) o System output – 120/208V/3PH (4 wire + Ground) o Backup battery capacity – Minimum 23 minutes at full load...
