The work shall include, but is not limited to the following: Baltimore Harbor Tunnel (BHT) Maintenance Facility: 1. Demolition work for removal of 350kW/437.5kVA, 480/277VAC, 3Ø, 4W existing generator and all associated equipment. 2. Installation of new 600A Manual Transfer Switch and 400A Quick Connect Panel. 3. Installation of 200kW/250kVA, 480/277VAC, 3Ø, 4W temporary generator to provide power to facility during construction. 4. Installation of new 200kW/250kVA, 480/277VAC, 3Ø, 4W generator with 120kW load bank and integrate to existing infrastructure with 600A Manual Transfer Switch. 5. Running new wires and conduits to all electrical equipment and intersect existing conduits where necessary. 6. Perform work related to excavation, backfilling, structural supports for concrete pad. 7. Perform same day stabilization with turfgrass to all areas where ground disturbance occurred in accordance with the Storm Water/Erosion & Sediment Control (SW/ESC) requirement located in Appendix 2 section 32.92.00 – Turf and Grasses.
