1.4 Summary Scope of Work This scope of work (SOW) outlines the responsibilities, services, and operational procedures for the windshield replacement. Objective is to provide top-notch windshield replacement services that ensure vehicle safety, customer satisfaction, and compliance with industry standards. 1.4.1 General Requirement The following requirements are presented as a minimum expectation for any Auto Glass Service provider’s proposal to be considered. All proposers must provide documentation that verifies and demonstrates experience. If the proponent cannot meet or exceed these requirements, the State reserves the right to exclude their proposal from evaluation without further discourse or may enter into negotiations to mitigate any variances. Bidder shall currently be doing business providing Auto Glass Services and shall demonstrate to the State that; • They have been engaged in business for at least the past five (5) years as an Auto Glass Service provider. • They have successfully held contracts with a minimum of three (3) institutions or corporations with similar requirements. • They currently employ experienced personnel who have experience providing service as specified in the scope of service. • The proposing firm must demonstrate, through past experience, the ability to manage and complete requested services of various size, scope, nature, value and duration as required.
