The architectural, engineering and related services for the Overall Project are as described below. For Phase 1, the county will contract with the selected consultant through its Master Agreement for Consulting Services. For Phase 2, the county will use the Hennepin County-modified AIA B101 (Owner-Architect Agreement). See Sample Agreement, attached as Exhibit 2. Phase 1 Schematic Design Phase • Conduct meetings as required with project team members to verify and confirm project scope • Develop preliminary work plan for projects based on the Assessment • Provide cost estimates for Overall Project in accordance with Owner’s prioritization and timeline for projects • Develop a Schematic Design Report, Executive Summary and Appendix. Executive Summary will be submitted to County Board for project approval; Phase 2 Design Development Phase through Construction Phase • Services to be provided as per the Hennepin County-modified AIA B101 (Owner-Architect Agreement), attached as Exhibit 2.
