Services to be Performed A. Preventative Maintenance: At a minimum of every six months the Contractor shall perform manufacturer’s recommended maintenance necessary to prolong longevity of each pipette and to ensure integrity of performance necessary to meet CLIA requirements. Contractor shall provide services to the pipettes that are listed in Exhibit A, Attachments I,II, and III (equipment lists) along with any new pipette(s) that shall be obtained by the authorized laboratory during the term of this contract. Such preventative maintenance, when needed, will include some or all of the following: cleaning, lubrication, adjustments, replacement of seals and O-rings and other worn parts, and replacement of dead batteries. Contractor shall also replace any defective parts discovered during inspection.
