1) Supply of all materials and appurtenances to complete the installation, including, but not limited to: roof drain assembly, underdeck clamp, 316SS hardware and/or pipe hangers, Sch 40 PVC pipe, couplings, adapters, etc; 2) Protection of the clearwell, including any coverings over the existing channels that are needed to prevent debris and dust from coming in contact with the finished water, etc; 3) Replacement of one cracked Sch. 40 PVC wye (4”x4”x3”), including any couplings, pipe, and/or fittings needed to finalize the connection and fix the misalignment, which is presumed to be the reason for the failure. A photo of this wye is shown in Figure 4 on Page 10. 4) Coordination of the work with MWW staff; 5) Removal of all existing cast iron cleanouts (4 total) and reconnect 4” sch 40 PVC drain piping to original 5” cast iron drain elbow. 6) Any staging/scaffolding necessary to perform the work; 7) Removal and disposal of existing roof drain assemblies, hardware, etc; Removal of other rusted/abandoned uni-channel, hangers, fittings, piping, etc. within reach of the work area. 8) Removal and replacement of any existing ancillary piping as required to complete the work; 9) Connecting new roof drains to existing roof drain piping beneath the roof deck; short sections of pipe (<3’) and fittings needed to make these connections are considered incidental; 10) Modifications to the existing membrane roof, as necessary, to install new roof drains; 11) Any required permits; 12) Any temporary connections needed to maintain wet weather flows during the course of the work; 13) Cleanup and demobilization.
