ENTRANCES, RECEPTION AREA, AND CORRIDORS DAILY / EACH VISIT • Collect trash replace liners. • Clean ashtrays and screen clean sand in cigarette ash cans at entrance area. • Clean and wash all lobby glass up to entrance door height keeping free of fingerprints, smudges, etc. and maintaining streak free condition. • Clean furniture and our equipment. • Clean metal trim on entrance doors. • Dust mop and damp mop all uncarpeted floors. • Vacuum carpets. • Vacuum mats inside entrance doors, spot clean mats. • Vacuum all upholstered furniture. • Wipe clean receptacles. WEEKLY • Damp wipe waste cans. • Wash floor mats. • Dust exterior of all reachable light fixtures. MONTHLY • Wipe clean baseboards as needed. • Dust vertical surfaces, walls, and woodwork up to 8 feet high. RESTROOMS DAILY / EACH VISIT • Prop open door and put wet floor sign. • Clean bowls, basins, seats, urinals, walls, partitions, and ceramic tile. • Polish fixtures, dispensers, and mirrors. • Refill soap, towel, tissue, and napkin dispensers. • Damp wipe and clean walls and partitions. • Clean walls behind urinals and toilets. • Dust mop floors. • Damp mop floors with disinfectant. • Collect trash and replace plastic liners. • Showers cleaned as needed. • Machine scrub floors. GENERAL OFFICE AND CONFERENCE ROOMS DAILY / EACH VISIT • Collect trash, replace plastic liners as needed. • Remove cardboard boxes designated as “TRASH. • Dust furniture, desks, phones, file cabinets, partitions, window ledges, etc. • Paper left on desks will NOT be disturbed! • Dust mop and spot mop uncarpeted floors. • Vacuum all carpets with special attention given not to hit chairs, desks, and baseboards with a vacuum cleaner. • Remove fingerprints from walls, doors, and light switches. WEEKLY • Damp wipe the exterior of trash cans. • Vacuum under desks and hard to reach places. • Polish furniture and desks only when cleared of all work materials. • High dust areas up to 8 feet high. MONTHLY • Vacuum upholstered furniture. • Wipe down blinds with a treated duster. • Vacuum all reachable air vents.
