The scope of work for this contract will be inclusive of all services, labor, materials, transportation, and equipment necessary to perform the deposit pick-ups for the two (2) specified locations listed in the pick-up schedule. The Bidder agrees to pick up to five (5) bags from each service location between the hours of 9:30AM and 12:00PM (See Pickup Schedule) and then guarantees the safe delivery of up to five (5) from each location to the City of Greensboro’s bank, which is currently Wells Fargo Bank Cash Vault located in Charlotte, NC, untampered and unopened by 2:00 PM of the next business day after pick-up. Also this includes the pick-up of one (1) bag of daily work from location one (1) and delivered to location two (2) (See Pick-up Schedule). And this also includes the occasional change order that needs to be delivered to the Bank in a secured bag and picked up in a secured bag from the Bank for delivery to the requested service location the next day. The Bidder shall provide flexibility in the pick-up schedule should there be a change in the City’s operations or staffing occur at the various locations and the City shall not be charged for these changes unless there are frequency changes in the pick-up schedules. Please note that pick-ups referenced in this RFB do not include the days observed as “holidays” as determined by the City of Greensboro (See Cit y Holiday Closures List).
