The successful vendor will be able to conduct a detailed and comprehensive assessment of the exterior and interior conditions of the fire department's facilities. The assessments will be benchmarked against accepted industry standards for code compliance and safety. The project will include the development of a work plan, execution of assessments, and the provision of detailed reports with findings, ratings, prioritizations, and risk analyses. Objectives: 1. Develop a comprehensive project work plan. 2. Assess the exterior conditions of all fire department facilities. 3. Assess the interior conditions of all fire department facilities. 4. Provide detailed reports on findings, including ratings for each item and overall facility ratings. 5. Prioritize areas that need to be addressed through remodeling, updating, or rebuilding. 6. Highlight risks associated with not addressing identified issues.
