The consultant must be capable of performing the services listed: A. Secure online software application to be utilized for the tracking and documentation of changes to tax maps. The software must have the ability to perform the following: 1. The Passaic City Tax Assessor’s Office must be able to input requested changes to the Consultant’s online software application for changes required to the Passaic City Tax Map. 2. The consultant must offer the ability to upload attachments for requested changes or reviews. 3. The Passaic City Tax Assessor’s Office must have the ability to track any request. 4. The Passaic City Tax Assessor’s Office must have the ability to view the completed tax map after requested changes have been made. 5. The Passaic City Tax Assessor’s Office must be able to use a direct link to documentation that was used with the original request. 6. The online software must indicate who requested the change. 7. The online software must indicate the person responsible for making changes. 8. The software application must indicate dates of request, changes made, and approval. 9. The online software must be capable of supporting multiple concurrent users.
