furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment, tools, etc. unless otherwise specified, for construction of the stream and wetland restoration project, utility relocations, retaining walls, and surrounding facility and site amenities as described herein for the project site located at 808 W Trinity Avenue, Durham, North Carolina. Work under this contract will include construction of a stream and wetland restoration, stormwater outfall modifications, earthen embankment and water control structure, retaining walls, greenway trail, maintenance path, pedestrian plazas and hardscaped areas, and sewer line and water line relocations as shown on the Construction Drawings. Work under this contract will also include all materials, labor, etc., to haul and stockpile excess onsite soils to the Durham County Closed Landfill.
