Break Room Remodel: (Please see Plans for References at Exhibit “I”) Demolition: Demo existing kitchen cabinets and sink. Remove the existing water filtration system and save for later. Remove electrical water heater and save for later. Replace the existing plumbing as needed. Replace existing electrical outlet as needed. Relocate existing refrigerator. Construction: Install new electrical outlets per plan BR2 for refrigerator, electrical range, range hood, microwaves, garbage disposal and for small appliances. Relocate plumbing as needed. Install new kitchen cabinets and laminate countertop at a maximum height of 34” above the finish floor as requested by AG Commissioner Department, and an ADA compliance sink cabinet. * Cabinets: Hampton Bay or approved equal / Door style: Shaker / Color: Java. Install new Drawers/Doors pulls. (See Exhibit “J” for reference) Install a new ADA sink and faucet. Install a new garbage disposal. Reinstall the existing water filtration system on a new location Reinstall the existing water heater under the new sink cabinet. Install a new laminate countertop 18” W.X30” H., at the Northeast side wall (see proposed plan for reference). Patch and paint the entire break room walls. Install New Vinyl Planks flooring (201 S.F Approx.) and Cove Base 85 LF Approx.) following the manufacturer specifications. Install a new electric range and range hood (Provided by AG Commissioners). Install existing refrigerator on its new location. Removal and Replacement of the Exterior Single Storefront Door: (Please see Plans for References at Exhibit “I”) Demolition and Construction: Existing Exterior 30X70 Storefront Door to be Removed and Replaced it with a New Exterior 30X70 Storefront Door with aluminum frame bronze color and ¼” laminate Bronze Glass – Match existing Door – Please verify Door Dimensions at Site. This door is located on the West Side of the AG Commissioners Building. The project shall be completed within thirty-six (36) calendar days after the award of the project.
