Provide one (1) licensed ORC and one (1) or more back-up ORC to perform maintenance on the Wastewater Treatment Plant (hereinafter “WTP”), and Wastewater Treatment Disposal (hereinafter “WTD”), and Reclaimed Water Utilization System (hereinafter “RWUS”) with five (5) onsite visits Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM ET to 5:00 PM ET. Aquarium regular business hours are 9:00 AM ET to 5:00 PM ET daily. Specifications of the WTP are listed below. A. Application: Membrane Bio Reactor (MBR) System supplied to the Department by ZENON. The System is designed to re-use the treated effluent (meeting the reclaimed wastewater standards) for toilet flush water within the Department building, and disposal of excess treated wastewater to fields situated in a rapid rate infiltration system with no discharge of wastes to the surface waters. Disposal of residuals generated from the WTP will be disposed of in accordance with the North Carolina General Statute 143-215.1 and in a manner approved by the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (hereinafter “DEQ”). B. Classification: The WTP has been classified as a Surface Irrigation and Wastewater Treatment Level 2 Facility (SI-WW2) by the North Carolina Environmental Management Commission, Division of Water Quality. C. Operating Authority: The WTP is governed and regulated by Wastewater Permit WQ0019331. D. Average Daily Flow: 25,000 USGPD. E. Peak Daily Flow: 50,000 USGPD. F. Membrane Type: ZeeWeed 500a. G. Total Elements: two (2) cassettes, three (3) modules/cassette, six (6) modules. H. System Computer Monitor: PLC Koyo D2-250CPU. I. System Program: HMI Koyo EZ S6C-K.
