Provide services for the removal and replacement of five (5) HVAC units in the Straus Building. To provide and pay for all permits and inspections required for the scope of work and removal and disposal of existing units to be replaced. Project 1 – Install HVAC unit for classroom 142, install new equipment compatible to the existing unit and reconnect to the hot water lines from the boiler. New condenser outside to replace the existing unit. Reconnect ductwork, install power and control wiring. Install new condensate pump, drain line and condensate drain safeties. Install new Honeywell digital programmable thermostat.
