The purpose of this quote is to provide prospective contractor information that will enable them to prepare and submit a quote. Contractor Responsibilities: 1. Develop a quarterly recyclable market reports tracking the following materials: • Old corrugated cardboard (OCC) • Mixed paper • Sorted residential paper • Aluminum used beverage containers • Steel cans • PET • HDPE – Natural • HDPE – Colored • Plastics PP • Mixed Plastics • Glass 2. Provide a quarterly report with trend data describing the methodology used, trends being observed in the commodities above, and market insights that the contractor may be aware of at the time of report development. Quarterly reports shall be submitted to the County within two months concluding the identified quarter. 3. Requested Reports • 2024 = Third and fourth quarters • 2025 = All four quarters • 2026 = All four quarters 4. ERD does not anticipate in-person or virtual meetings to present the results of the quarterly research and material tracking.
