As part of the City of Goletaís Capital Improvement Program several pavement maintenance and Capital improvement projects are constructed annually. Many of the Capital improvement projects include road and bridge widening, bridge replacements, signal modifications and grades, American with disability act improvements, bike trails, drainage improvements, building and facility improvements, and annual resurfacing/ reconstruction projects. Due to the anticipated design and construction projects, the City plans to consult with a firms that specializes items listed above for a term described above. City staff will continue to provide general construction oversight and design services. It will elect to consult with a firm to provide construction and design services for project compliance and acceptance with all applicable laws, codes, and state and City Standards.
