1 Salt Brine Tank – 1500 gal tank/ 5 cu yd. (salt, uv resistant, heavyweight, one piece, rotationally molded polyethylene with SS divider wall. Tanks shall have a 155 inch wide opening to accommodate a front end loader bucket. Tank shall be complete with support frame fabricated with structural steel, hot dip galvanized to ASTM specification A-123. A 2 inch tube steel and 6 inch channel, eyelets to accommodate a chain used for rollover cleaning shall be provided along with forklift opening for easy movement when tank is empty. Test Equipment – Misco digital refractometer, 250 ML plastic cylinder to hold test sample and a brine concentration chart. Misc. Items – Y-strainer with 12-msh screen to prevent brine solution solids from entering the pumping station, sample port at pump discharge for testing brine concentration, water dilution valve and air recirculation valve.
