1 Required Item Lawn Care For the Period 10/01/24 thru 9/30/25 *** Lawn Care to include: mowing and weed-eating all around building to fence in back and to trash cans on left side of building and cut to road entrance side of street, twice per month or as needed. Weed killer to be used around trailer so that underpinning is not damaged (approximately 24 services). Services will need to be performed before 1st and 3rd Fridays - billed at $xx per service. QUOTE SHOULD BE SUBMITTED AS A PER SERVICE AMOUNT. (This amount will be adjusted to the number of services listed.) Awarded vendor to supply all chemicals, materials and/or equipment needed to perform these services. Subcontracting of this service by awarded vendor is NOT allowed and will result in termination of the contract. The person(s) performing this service should be the owner or a legal employee of the awarded vendor. Any damages to grounds, lawn, and/or building during the performance of these services will be solely the responsibility of the awarded vendor to correct. . In order to properly quote this service, a site visit is necessary.
