Service to be performed three days a week after 5 pm: Monday, Wednesday & Friday (weekend exception considered for Friday upon request). The upper floor is NOT occupied, the billing should reflect only the lower 2311 sq ft (approximate) that is occupied. Vendor to supply all cleaning chemicals and supplies needed, including vendor supplied vacuum and mopping supplies and can liners. Building has carpet squares and LVT flooring. ONLY fast drying mild cleaners should be used on the LVT as to not damage the carpet tiles. Vendor shall be responsible for any damage due to improper cleaning of floors. Areas to be Serviced: • Main Entry Foyer including Upper & Lower Stairs • Entire Upper and Lower Floor Entry Stairway • Reception Area • Offices (4) • Hallways • Conference Room • Bathrooms (2) Services Performed Each Visit: • Wipe disinfectant on standard high-touch areas: Light Switches, Touch Plates, Handrails and Doorknob/Handles . • Wipe breakroom countertops and microwave. • Restock toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap (provided by APOABF) . • Must have ability to lift heavier trash when needed, DO NOT drag trash bag on carpet. • Empty waste containers. Twice weekly, move outside trash can to and from the designated pickup area for Tuesday & Friday City pickup. • Vacuum carpeted areas and mats. • Sweep all other hard surface floors, spot mop when needed. • Keep janitorial closet clean and neat. • Lock all doors and shut off lights. Service Performed Monthly: • Dust furniture, chairs, tables, and file cabinets (Papers and folders not to be moved). • Dust Board Room & adjoining room’s Vertical blinds. • Dust all window ledges. • Clean entrance & back door glass, and internal and exterior glass, removing any fingerprints or smudges. • Clean baseboards, carpet edges and corners, including chair molding. • Remove cobwebs. • Vacuum carpeted areas and mats including stairway and top floor carpet. • Vacuum under plastic carpet protectors and desk. • Sweep and mop tile floor surfaces (get behind toilets and fixtures). • Clean and polish bathroom mirrors.
