Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The Department of Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Department of Minnesota Department of Health (MDH), intend to enter into an agreement up to 12 months with SAS Institute, Inc for continued, uninterrupted use of SAS cloud software licensing, maintenance, and support. The annual renewal provides software licensing, maintenance, and support related to SAS proprietary software Office Analytics, used for processing and data analysis of health care claims for the State of Minnesota. SAS Institute, Inc. retains exclusive ownership, copy rights, trademark of their proprietary cloud software services. The State believes these services are not available through third-party entities deeming this a sole source purchase.
