Filter Type #1: Glasfloss Z-Line Series HV (High Velocity) or equal, air filter shall be of the extended-surface pleated-media type. Pleated cartridge shall be bonded to the peripheral interior of the outer frame. Pleat density shall be as follows: o 1” Media: 16 pleats or more per linear foot o 2” Media: 15 pleats or more per linear foot o Filters shall have a MERV 10 rating or better Media shall be 100% synthetic fibers. Expanded metal reinforcement shall be laminated to the air-exit side of the media by a thermosetting adhesive to maintain continuity of the radial plates. Expanded metal shall be galvanized to resist rust and corrosion. Media will be pleated in a tapered radial configuration. Pleated cartridge shall be bonded to peripheral interior of the outer frame. Heavy-duty moisture-resistant die-cut frame shall be utilized for an encasing frame. The frame face shall be internally laminated to the pleated cartridge apexes. Filters shall be rated under U.L. std. 900. Rated and tested in accordance with ANSI/ASHRAE 52.2 Test Standard. Provide product label and specifications including packaging style.
