The goal of this project is to procure, configure, and implement an advanced on-premise or cloud-based Software-as-aService (SaaS) snowdrift profiling and predicting software solution (hereinafter “Snowdrift Profiling and Predicting Software”) to replace the existing on-premise Snowdrift Profiling VBA software. The selected software solution will ideally be a web-based application that can be fully integrated with ORD CE 3D modeler software, version 10.12.X. The new solution will: • Generate snowdrift profiles • Aid in analyzing existing snow problems • Predict snowdrift problems based on various input variables such as Blowing Snow Transport, Attack Angle, Fetch Distance, Porosity, Snowfall Water Equivalent, etc. • Propose outcomes to eliminate or significantly reduce snow problems
