The purpose of this re-advertisement is to solicit more sealed bids to hire additional proposers interested in providing Emergency and Non-Emergency Tree Services for the City of Trenton Department of Recreation, Natural Resources & Culture. This bid shall be awarded to the lowest, responsible, responsive bidders on an as needed basis. This contract shall be awarded for a period of two (2) years with an option to extend one (1) additional year. Contracts shall be awarded to multiple bidders, or whichever is most advantageous to the City of Trenton. The scope of work shall include all labor, tools, and equipment necessary to accomplish the Emergency and Non-Emergency Removal of trees, within the City of Trenton as directed by the Department of Recreation, Natural Resources & Culture, or its designee. The contractor’s attention is also called to the fact that the locations of work may be in small amounts in various locations throughout the city. The contractor shall be able to respond and complete these work lists in a reasonable time frame to be determined by the City. The bid price for the emergency and non-emergency tree services shall include the cost of labor, tools, equipment and materials, signage, and all else necessary therefore and incidental thereto.
