Planning and Technical Development: a. Provide all drawings, calculations, engineering, schedules, and submittals necessary to obtain all permits, permissions, and preconstruction approvals required for the project. b. Confirm that all equipment specified in this solicitation is suitable and appropriate for the designated use. c. Provide all preconstruction documents as designated in Schedule C - Supplemental conditions. Site Work: a. Site Survey: The contractor will conduct a survey to review the site requirements for the designated installation location(s). b. Site Preparation: The site will be prepared to ensure that the area is level and free of debris or other obstacles that may interfere with installation. Barriers, fencing, and other necessary equipment will be installed to assure both public and worksite safety for the duration of the project. c. Excavation: Provide all general excavation, pavement, and concrete cutting, trenching, bedding, encasement, conduit, and wiring required for the project. d. Restoration: All affected roadways, walkways, lawns, irrigation systems, and landscaping will be restored to their original condition. e. Protective Bollard(s): Two protective bollards shall be installed in front of each charging station. Equipment Installation: a. Charging Stations: Four (4) level II ChargePoint EVSE CT-6021 Dual Port Bollard Mount Electric Vehicle Charging Stations will be installed at Pastore Building 61 (2 EVSE), and Francis St Parking Lot (2 EVSE). One (1) level II ChargePoint EVSE CPF50 Dual Port Bollard Mount Electric Vehicle Charging Station at the State Fleet Vehicle Surplus Lot. Four (4) level II ChargePoint EVSE CT-4021 Dual Port Bollard Mount Electric Vehicle Charging Stations at Pastore Regan Building. Installation shall be in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions as detailed in the provided specification document, and shall include all necessary hardware and software.. b. Mounting: The charging stations will be mounted securely to a concrete pad or other suitable foundation according to the manufacturer’s specification and equipped with two protective bollard(s) per station. c. Conduit and Wiring: Conduit and wiring will be installed from the charging stations to the electrical panel.
