The City of Burlingame plans to construct a new town square outdoor space including seating, planting, restrooms, and water feature. The work includes demolition and removal of the existing concrete and asphalt within the project limits. The project will construct a new potable water and sanitary sewer for the restrooms, water feature and irrigation system. The site will be graded to drain with a new storm drain system including tree well filters, manholes, cleanouts, and pipe network. New curbs, pavement and concrete unit pavers will be installed along with site furnishings. The site furnishings will include wood lounge chairs, ottomans, fences, planters, trees, planting, custom wood benches, and other related works.
