1. Facilitate a project kick-off meeting at which time schedules, existing conditions, deliverables will be discussed. 2. Conduct regular meetings as necessary to assure efficient project development. 3. Geotechnical Analysis 4. Conduct full topographic survey of project area 5. Review project area as appropriate for any required environmental documentation. 6. Perform hydraulic analysis for any changes for below the Ordinary High-water level. 7. Analyze options for dock and walkway construction, including structural. 8. Provide project plans at 60% and 90 % for review including estimate of construction costs. 9. Meetings with permitting agencies to discuss design options and review comments including but not limited to Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA), Middle St. Croix Water Management Organization (MSCWMO), Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (MN DNR) United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Minnesota State Historical Preservation Office (SHPO). 10.Obtain all required permits and approvals from agencies. 11.Prepare Final project Plan and Specifications, and attachments for the bid package. (Plans and specifications will be submitted by the Consultant to reviewing agencies for approval) 12. Submit applications and obtain all permits warranted by the proposed work. 13.Bid phase services, including but not limited to responding to bid inquiries on technical matters, and preparing the appropriate clarifications and addenda. 14. Reviews bids and make recommendation for approval 15.Conduct Preconstruction meeting 16.Construction Survey and Inspection 17. Lead regular construction meetings 18.Administer contractor pay requests. 19.Recommend completion at project conclusion 20.Prepare record drawings.
