Weather Stripping: in compliance with AAMA 701.2. 4. Screens: Extruded aluminum frame and charcoal finished fiberglass mesh 1/2 screen.; NEW CONSTRUCTION STYLE WINDOW INSTALLATION 1. Frame in rough openings to accommodate a 37 1/2" x 64" new construction egress windows. Include code compliant header. 2. New windows to have integral J-channel, nail flange, and primed extension jambs 3. New windows to be installed plumb, level and square so as to operate freely and latch securely. Install window tape over nailing flange prior to re-installing exterior trim. 4. Install spun fiberglass or spray foam insulation between window jambs and rough framing material before installing trim. 5. Trim interior of windows with casing matching existing in house.
