1. Contractor is responsible for contacting the Project Supervisor at least five (5) working days prior to beginning work. 2. Contractor(s) must have Material Safety Data sheets at work site for all products that contain or may create hazardous substances. 3. Follow Invasive Species prevention measures as described above. 4. Conduct work on in a manner that will minimize rutting, sod and severe soil disturbance. 5. Shall cease and/or suspend operations if significant rutting and soil disturbance occurs as determined by the Project Supervisor. 6. Ensure that site is left in an orderly manner and free of all Contractor refuse and debris. 7. Immediately repair at own expense any damage to roads, road right-of-way, WMA trails or fields caused by contractor or any agents of the contractor. 8. All oil, diesel, and other hazardous fluid spills must be cleaned up immediately by the contractor in accordance with PCA guidelines. 9. Contractor is responsible to be aware of and meet all Federal, State, and local laws and ordinances as they relate to the type of work being conducted.
