A. Furnish all materials, equipment and incidentals required for the DWP Cloth Wash Pump and Accessories material procurement. B. The equipment shall include, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Item 1: Furnish 2 stainless steel cloth wash pumps 2. Item 2: Furnish 3 SS safety valves 3. Item 3: Furnish 3 pulsation dampeners. 4. Item 4: Furnish 3 3/2 way valves 5. Bidder shall furnish 2 stainless steel cloth wash pumps. 2. Pump shall be CAT 67102 with shaft key, oil rain cap, and furnished with oil in the pump. Substitutions shall not be allowed. 3. Pump design shall be 100 GPM at 1,000 psi and 680 RPM. 4. Each pump shall include a CAT 67102 pump drive pulley and belt system, including the following, qtys are per pump drive system: 5. 1 Pulley, pt No. 994B5V250 pulley 6. 1 Key, pt No. 43048 7. 1 Motor bushing hub, pt No. 990045 8. 1 Pump bushing hub, pt No. 990014 9. 4 Belts, pt No. 995VX1150 10. 1 Pulley 9945v850e B. Item 2 1. Bidder shall furnish 3 stainless steel safety relief valves. 2. Safety valves shall be CAT 7410 or approved equal 3. Valve discharge set pressure shall be 1,250 PSI C. Item 3 1. Furnish 3 pulsation dampeners 2. Pulsation dampeners shall be General Pump A15X, stainless steel, part number 680082 or approved equal. D. Item 4 1. Furnish 3 3/2 way valves 2. Valves shall be VRPP 450/200 pressure regulating valve by Pneumatic Control 3. 1 ¼ FF connections E. Item 5 1. Furnish 72 pressure nozzles. 2. Nozzles shall be have a 65 degree discharge angle, size number 5.5, quarter inch male pipe thread, stainless steel high pressure nozzle, manufactured by Sprang Systems. No substitutions shall be allowed.
