• Eight (8) nets filled with balloons will be placed in a pattern that follows the ceiling in Hard Rock Live. If a room survey is required, a pre-bid meeting will occur. Information about the pre-bid is provided in the bid details. • Custom-imprinted and plain balloons in multiple sizes (colors below) will be dropped from the eight nets throughout the venue. • Setup starts on December 30th with balloon inflation. Nets will be hung in the venue on December 30th or the morning of December 31st, and work will be completed by noon (12 p.m.). The Hard Rock point of contact and the awarded vendor will agree upon the complete setup timeline. • The awarded vendor will need to supply staff to execute the balloon drop. The selected staff members must be onsite by 11 p.m. on December 31st.
