The Contractor and the DMVA Project Manager shall establish and maintain monthly contract administration meetings to discuss contract expectations, performance and any facility and/or operational updates. The purpose of these meetings shall be to ensure the Contractor and the DMVA Project Manager are both in alignment with the terms and conditions of the contract, and to remedy any issues as they arise in a timely manner. The first 45 days of the Contract term are a probationary period. During this period, the most advantageous Contractor will perform frequent inspections of the work to ensure that the Contractor understands the work and is willing and able to meet the requirements. If the Project Manager determines that during the probationary period that the Contractor is unwilling or unable to meet the Contract requirements, DMVA reserves the right to terminate the Contract and award the Contract to the next responsible, responsive low bidder.
