The Town of Sprague, herein called the Owner, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the LED Streetlight Conversion Project (Labor Only) to convert 85 cobra head and 4 flood fixtures to decorative pendants with button photocells and new arms. Of these, 11 lights have longer arms and will need to be converted with longer arms. Additionally, Bidder shall install new arms and fixtures with button photocells to 8 existing poles, as well as replace one broken photocell on an existing decorative fixture. This Invitation For Bids (IFB) is specific to retrofitting and new fixture installations. The Town of Sprague is working with Tanko Lighting as its Project Manager. Although the entire scope of work is enclosed herein, a summary includes: - Removal of existing cobra head or flood fixture and existing arm. - Installation of new decorative arm and decorative fixture, including wiring and connecting to power. - Dispose of or reserve existing material as instructed.
