Lawn Care to include: mow and edge all grass areas weekly (or as needed) from March thru September; maintain flower beds; trim all flower beds, sidewalks, and curbs; dispose of all trash/debris in parking lot; and blow all sidewalks and parking lot free of grass clippings - Approx. 31 services - billed at $xx per service. QUOTE SHOULD BE SUBMITTED AS A PER SERVICE AMOUNT. (This amount will be adjusted to the number of services listed.) Awarded vendor to supply all chemicals, materials and/or equipment needed to perform these services. Subcontracting of this service by awarded vendor is NOT allowed and will result in termination of the contract. The person(s) performing this service should be the owner or a legal employee of the awarded vendor. Any damages to grounds, lawn, and/or building during the performance of these services will be solely the responsibility of the awarded vendor to correct.
