Lawn Care For the period 10/01/24 thru 9/30/25 *** Lawn care and grounds maintenance to include: mowing, weed-eating, edging, removal of clippings/trash/debris, and spraying for weed control on sidewalks and parking lot every two weeks or as needed - approximately 26 services per year - billed at $xx per cut/service. QUOTE SHOULD BE SUBMITTED AS A PER SERVICE AMOUNT. (This amount will be adjusted to the number of services listed.) Awarded vendor to supply all chemicals, materials and/or equipment needed to perform these services. Subcontracting of this service by awarded vendor is NOT allowed and will result in termination of the contract. The person(s) performing this service should be the owner or a legal employee of the awarded vendor. Any damages to grounds, lawn, and/or building during the performance of these services will be solely the responsibility of the awarded vendor to correct. In order to properly quote this service, a site visit is strongly encouraged.
