Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The Department of Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH), intend to enter into an agreement up to 12 mos. with Formagrid Inc (Airtable) for continued, uninterrupted use of Airtable Enterprise Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) cloud-hosting services. Airtable Enterprise is an online, cloud-based platform used to collect and share relational databases with other users within DHS Public Health Labs. Formagrid Inc. (a/k/a Airtable) retain exclusive ownership, copy rights, trademark of their proprietary software, maintenance, support, and cloud services. The State believes these services are not available through third-party entities deeming this a sole source purchase.
