Wake County Health and Human Services is proud to announce the launch of our HealthLit4Wake Mini Grant Awards! HealthLit4Wake is supported by a federal grant from the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), dedicated to enhancing health literacy and promoting health equity. Through the HealthLit4Wake grant, Wake County Government will use the mini grant awards to further relationships with community partners that are working in underserved communities across the county. Moreover, the awards will be distributed to organizations that can help promote accurate, timely, and culturally sensitive health information to historically marginalized populations. All local non-profits, faith-organizations, universities, local businesses, and entrepreneurs are encouraged to apply! Organizations must serve Wake County communities and residents.
