The scope of work for pavement repairs includes crack sealing and isolated pavement repairs via asphalt patch on airfield runways, taxiways and aprons. The scope includes all effort necessary to prepare the area for crack sealing or pavement repairs. Pavement markings are to be repainted on all runways, and taxiways, regardless of if the marking was impacted by pavement repairs. The scope excludes equipment required to close runways or taxiways, however, the contractor is required to coordinate daily with Airport staff to ensure the work area is secure.
