The Rhode Island Army Reserve National Guard is seeking quotes from vendors to paint and restore the floor of the CSMS Building #305. The CSMS building is an administrative and vehicle maintenance facility that has three (3) separate wings that are ~13,875 sqft each and a common hallway area that is ~1200 sqft. That were coated with a Duraflex family of products. The facility requires the re-application of these products. 1. Elast-o-coat and NO-sag #1 in all joints and cracks on floor. 2. Dur-a-gard in medium grey and bright yellow with superstick additive. 3. Armor Top gloss with part C grit and Dur-a-grip. 4. We are looking to restore the “Safety/walking pathways in the three wings and the common hallway. 5. We are looking to restore the entire hallway area including the “gray colored area. 6. Remove vinyl base board and replace with new once floors are completed. 7. Exact square footing will be determined during the site visit. 8. Selected vendor will prepare surface and apply floor coatings in accordance with manufactures specifications. 9. Selected vendor shall provide a list of similar or like projects. 10. This project shall be broken out into four (4) phases. “A” wing, B wing, C wing and the final phase will be the common hallway. 11. Coordination of phase work shall be discussed with the POC once the project is awarded to the successful vendor.
