Select qualified licensed commercial roofing contractors to furnish all materials, labor, supervision, and transportation, inspections, permits, licenses, equipment and any incidentals necessary to provide miscellaneous roof repairs services and new roof installation for various COG facilities. Examples of common services under this agreement will be the removal of existing roof, replacement of any damaged plywood decking with approved plywood decking, replacement of roof flashing, including drip edge, pipe vent collars and valley flashing, installation of water/ice protective membrane along eaves, installation of black roof felt or water/ice protective membrane on roof decking, installing an approved ridge vent, replace or repair soffits, eaves, guttering and downspouts, cleanup of project site and disposal of all project waste, submittal of drawing, submittal of shop drawings, etc. All roofing repairs and new installations shall meet applicable building codes and manufacturer’s specifications. All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal.
