The Attorney General of Connecticut, pursuant to Conn. Gen. Stat. § 3-125, invites proposals from appropriately qualified firms to serve as outside counsel and provide legal services to DoAg related to the acquisition of development rights (“PDR”) easements, and assistance with receiving municipal, private land conservation trust, and federal USDA Natural Resources Conservation Services (“NRCS”) cost-share financial assistance, within the statutory authority of DoAg (the “Programs”).
