Professional consulting firms are utilized on an as-needed basis by the City to supplement City resources to maintain service levels during periods of increased workload, to optimize response times, and to provide timely customer service. Services requested include: • Staff Augmentation Services (including but not limited to): • Building Inspector – Commercial and Residential • CASp Inspector • Permit Technician • Building Safety Plan Review Services: • Residential (architectural & structural – all construction types & occupancies) • Commercial (architectural & structural – all construction types & occupancies) • Civil and onsite grading plan review, including storm water mitigation • Access Compliance/CASp review
