All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. For the period 10/01/24 thru 9/30/25 *** Janitorial Services in accordance with specifications attached in solicitation document - 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday & Friday) - services to be performed after business hours and completed by 9 pm. Approx. 25,891 sq ft. ADPH will furnish paper products, trash bags, and soap. Awarded vendor to supply all other chemicals, materials, and/or equipment to complete these services. Subcontracting is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of the contract. The person(s) performing this service must be the owner or a legal employee of the awarded vendor. In order to properly quote this service (square footage, etc), a site visit is MANDATORY. Please note that any quotes received from vendors that did not attend the site visit will NOT be considered. Site visit is scheduled for 9/18/24 at 10 am.
