Floor Care to include: Provide labor, material and equipment to strip and wax all VCT flooring, scrub all ceramic tile, and steam clean all carpeted areas during the months of Oct - Dec - exact date to be determined Includes removing and replacing furniture. Approx 17,500 Sq Ft Awarded vendor to supply all chemicals, materials and/or equipment needed to perform these services. Subcontracting is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of the contract. The person(s) performing this service must be the owner or a legal employee of the awarded vendor. Floor Care to include: Provide labor, material and equipment to scrub and wax VCT tile in lobby and clinic side and buff all remaining tile in building once per year during the months of Jan - Mar - exact date to be determined. Floor Care to include: provide equipment and supplies to scrub and wax all VCT tile in building and steam clean all carpeted areas - once each during the months of Apr - Jun - exact date to be determined. Provide labor, material and equipment to scrub and wax VCT flooring in lobby and clinic side of building and buff all remaining tile in lobby during the months of Jul - Sept - exact date to be determine.
