It is anticipated there will be 25-30 events annually at the Multi-Use Sports Field located at California Exposition & State Fair, 1600 Exposition Boulevard, Sacramento. Cal Expo does not guarantee specific number of events. Contractor will provide changeover crews, as requested, per event. Contractor will work with the Venue to advance each event. 1. Contractor will provide changeover staff that have the expertise to alter the layout of a stadium from a sports venue to a concert/event venue and back to sports venue. 2. Contractor will provide the following changeover personnel as needed, per show advance such as, but not limited to: a. Supervisor/Lead, Foreman, Changeover Crew, and Forklift/Equipment Operator b. Experience in all aspects of set up/tear down of all stadium areas such as stage, barricades, crash gates, field covering, etc. c. Ability to work overnight, holidays, and weekends based on event needs d. Must be able to lift 60 pounds e. Work independently or in a team environment reporting to the supervisor on duty f. Respond and resolve set-up issues promptly, efficiently, and accurately under the guidance of the supervisor. g. Must supply at least one certified forklift/equipment operator 3. Contractor will work with the Venue to advance all show needs. 4. All staffing, as well as estimated costs, per advance, will require approval by the Venue, prior to commitment of event.
