Provide Salvage and Put Back in the UCLA Wooden Center Seismic Improvements. The scope of work for the Salvage and Put Back trade package for the Project will comprise the following: The cost of all necessary labor, material, equipment, supplies, and supervision required to complete the work per the contract documents and as noted below: The salvage and put back scope includes but is not limited to installation, maintenance, salvage and transferring, removal and disposal of temporary barricades; and salvage and reinstall of items per plans. Barricades are to include access doors and full height noise/dust isolation of construction area for each sequence of work. Salvage items are listed in the contract documents and are to be removed, protected, and stored. Put back work to be completed after each individual sequence of work is complete. Site survey is required to determine extent of salvage and put back. Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and standards. Include safety measures such as fire-rated barriers and protective coatings for the full scope duration. The Trade Contractor is responsible for coordination with Plant Construction and all other subcontractors. It will also require multiple coordination meetings with the project architect, structural engineer, Plant, and various State and UCLA Agencies. The work of this project is currently anticipated to begin in December 2024.
